Michelle Lynn Monaghan Bio
Michelle Lynn Monaghan was born on the 23rd of March of 1976. She is well-known for her role as the lead in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005), Gone Baby Gone (2007), Made of Honor (2008), Eagle Eye (2008), Trucker (2008), Source Code (2011), Pixels (2015) and Patriots Day (2016). Her character was Julia Meade, the main character in Mission: Imperfible's action-spy show Mission: Impossible (2006), Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol (2011), Mission: Impossible Fallout (2018) and Mission: Impossible Fallout (2018) has been acknowledged. Monaghan also starred in the debut season of True Detective (2014) in the first season of True Detective as Maggie Hart. She was nominated for the Golden Globe Award, Best Supporting Actress. She was also the character Sarah Lane on the drama series The Path (2016-18). Monaghan was the character Eva Geller on the 2020 Netflix thriller series Messiah. The show was cancelled after only one season. Monaghan was born to Sharon Hammel (a factory worker) in Winthrop. She has two older brothers, Bob and John. Monaghan is mostly Irish and German ancestry and was raised Catholic.She graduated from East Buchanan High School in 1994. She moved to Chicago following graduation to pursue a degree in journalism at Columbia College Chicago. Then she began modeling. Models have also appeared in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore as well as the United States. She quit New York for an acting career following her journalism degree in 1999. Her first role was a model. The first two TV appearances, in a supporting role she played Caroline Busse in episodes of Young Americans, which aired in 2000. She also appeared on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in "Consent" which was an episode that aired on the 19th of January, 2001, and she made her big-screen debut the same year with Perfume, playing the part of Henrietta. The next film she appeared in, as a supporting character, was in 2002 in Unfaithful, starring Richard Gere and Diane Lane.
