 Stella Ciccone has been a celebrity kid since her adoption by Madonna. She was born in Malawi as a twin to her sister Estere to Adam Mwale on the 24th of August 2012. Stella Ciccone (and her twin sister Estere Ciccone) are two of the six children that Madonna has. Her mother also has twins. They have two adopted sons: David Banda Mwale Ciccone, and Rocco John Ritchie. Also she has adopted two daughters, Mercy James Kamebewa and Lourdes Maria Ciccone Le. Stella, her little sister and twins, had a celebration of seven years since their wedding day with family and friends on the 24th of August, 2019. Madonna took advantage of her twins' birthday by baking a Paris-themed cake for them. The top layer of the cake was black and had a few black spots on the second layer. The cake's top was decorated with the Eiffel Tower and two photos of anime characters. The twins snapped a photo of themselves following the event, and were amazed at the sight of the cake.
